I knew I wanted to be a stylist from a very young age, I'm sure my mom being a stylist and salon owner had a big impact on that! I am a Minnesota native and recently relocated to Charlotte, N.C for my husbands job! (If you need a weather update I can give ya the inside scoop;)
I started my education at Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, from there I furthered my education at Ficocello's Advance Training Center. This was a year long program where I invested this time to learn more advanced coloring/cutting techniques, color formulating, and most importantly customer service! After that I hit the salon floor full time and have loved every second of it!
I was a Wella Brand Educator for a couple of years, which with intensive training brought my career and color knowledge to a whole new level! Not only did I get to train and work beside some of the most talented stylist in the industry, I also had the opportunity to travel all over and educate stylists at salons, schools and shows!
When I am not behind the chair you can find me spending time with my family and 2 pups. On the weekends you can almost guarantee you'll see us on lake Wylie enjoying the water, playing with our beautiful daughter, and catching some fish! We're dog lovers and foodies, I always love a good restaurant suggestion!

After spending 26 years in Raleigh, Siobhan packed up everything she owned, left her successful
business of three years, and moved to Charlotte in July 2016. In the beginning, she assisted her older sister in her salon in downtown Raleigh from 10 years old until she decided to pursue a career in
hair of her own at 20. Siobhan graduated from Mitchell's Academy in March of 2008 and immediately dove headfirst into working behind the chair at an award winning salon called Twisted Scissors in Cary, NC. Color has always
been Siobhan's passion and focus in her career. From balayage and highlights to dimensional brunettes and fashion colors, she is constantly
looking for new ways to achieve and deliver flattering, custom styles for her clients. Also, knowing firsthand what it's like to have challenging hair, smoothing treatments have become a service that she strives to
perfect in order to help you feel your most beautiful and confident.
When she isn't working, Siobhan enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the mountains with her dog-child, Petey, and boyfriend, Jesse. Nature
photography has become her latest obsession. She enjoys capturing photos of beautiful, remote places that not many people get to see for themselves. She was born with the travel bug and has finally begun to check some locations off of her bucket list, but she has two main travel goals: Patagonia and Greenland by the time she's 35 and Antarctica by 40. Jesse likes to poke fun at her and tell her that for someone who hates the cold so much, those are the only places she wants to see. Siobhan is also a die hard advocate for shelter dogs, particularly pit bulls. Having volunteered, rescued, fostered, and rehabilitated former fight and bait dogs, she has a love for those who can't speak or fight for themselves. She is proud to admit that she'd have a huge farm full of shelter dogs if given the chance.
